Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Henley

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Henley, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Your responsibilities Work within our coaching and administration processes. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
