PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Kurraba Point

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Kurraba Point. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

The role

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.




- What we provide

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
