Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Concord West

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Concord West. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

The role

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
