Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Round Mountain

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Round Mountain. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role. Qualifications A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Day to day

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.




- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours. To apply, submit your CV. Questions about the role are welcome.
