PT Role | Radford

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Radford. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

When you need to be available

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves Work within our coaching and administration processes. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
