Personal Training Position | Trotter Creek

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Trotter Creek, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

The role

Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.

To be considered A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week




- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours. Apply with your CV. We are happy to answer questions about the role.
