PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Birrong

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Birrong. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

You will not pay gym rent.



Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Day to day

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
