Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Riverview

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Riverview. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What the role involves

Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
