PT Role | Snap Fitness Austral Ambarvale

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Ambarvale, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)




- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Day to day
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
