Looking for a casual personal training role in Winthrop? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Your responsibilities

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.

Casual role,



paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
