Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Lane Cove West

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Lane Cove West. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What you will do

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Support





There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
