Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West West Pymble

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in West Pymble. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Your availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will do
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.




- Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
