Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Boya

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Boya. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

The role

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Qualifications





Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start. Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
