MacKillop Family Services is seeking a passionate Referrals and Case Support Officer to join our OOHC team in Western Australia. You will coordinate referrals, provide intake and casework support, and help ensure timely and appropriate placements for children and young people.

Based in Perth, WA, you will collaborate with Case Managers and other teams to build robust relationships with carers and government agencies, while upholding safeguarding and trauma-informed practice.
