Provisional Financial Adviser / Associate Adviser

At Smart Financial, we're looking for an ambitious Provisional Financial Adviser who wants more than just a PY placement. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside our Shoalhaven Director, building real client relationships, developing your technical expertise, and following a structured pathway towards becoming a trusted Financial Adviser. Whether you're about to commence your Professional Year, already progressing through it, or looking for an opportunity to establish a clearer long-term opportunity this opportunity is for you. We have the scope to consider someone at all stages.

Why This Role Is Different

Many Professional Year roles focus heavily on administration and observation. At Smart Financial, we believe future advisers learn by being involved. We are a business with a proven record of successfully mentoring through 11 professional year advisers that includes a formalised handover of long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with an established portfolio of clients, attend and participate in client meetings, develop strategies, build technical capability and progressively take greater ownership of client relationships as your experience grows.

We have a clear vision for this role: Provisional Financial Adviser → Financial Adviser → Senior Financial Adviser
