Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Box Hill

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Box Hill who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

The role

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.




- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Requirements
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
