Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Postans

Looking for a casual personal training role in Postans? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Day to day

Follow our coaching and admin systems. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Help interested people understand what the training involves.
