Wagners 2027 Quarry Operator Traineeship | No Experience Needed
Are you planning on finishing your schooling in 2026? Are you local to Shepton (Emerald)? Do you want a rewarding career working in the Quarries but don't know where to start? You're exactly who we're looking for!
Join our Shepton Quarry team as a Quarry Operator Trainee and over the course of 2-years, you'll receive a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations all while working full-time.

Inclusions
- $30.86 p/hr super OT
- Permanent full-time hours - Monday to Friday (6am to 5pm)
- Full on-site training provided through a Registered Training Organisation
- Learn from our experienced Operators
- Obtain a Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations
About you
- Absolutely NO experience required!
- Current driver licence (or ability to safely get to and from site each day)
- Have a White Card (if not we can help you)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - includes a Medical Drug & Alcohol Police Check
