What the work usually involves

- Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
- Answering and transferring calls on a busy switchboard
- Managing bookings, couriers and mail
- Keeping reception and meeting rooms looking sharp
- General admin support for the wider team

What our clients look for

- Reception, customer service or hospitality experience
- Explicit, friendly communication in person and on the phone
- Confident with Microsoft 365 and booking systems
- Well presented, punctual and unflappable

Pay

Typically $60,000 to $70,000 plus super for permanent roles, or around $31 to $35 an hour plus super for temp work, depending on the client.
