Located in the northern suburbs of Perth close to Malaga our clients are a highly successful boutique accounting practice with 5 staff and growing, the location of the practice is ideal with plenty of car parking and close to public transport.

Due to internal promotion the Partners of the practice are now looking to add to their already successful team with the addition of a part-time Receptionist (5 days per week 9 am to 2.30 pm) negotiable The Vacancy:

- Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls
- Greet clients
- Making sure the meeting rooms are tidy
- Data entry and uploading of documents
- Collecting mail
- Ordering office supplies
- Full time position

To Apply:
- Ideally have some experience within a similar admin/reception role
- Hold excellent communication skills
- Confident with email and telephone systems
- Have a polite and qualified attitude




- Able and willing to work full-time hours 9 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday
