We're looking for an exceptional, Diploma-qualified Pilates professional who loves delivering outstanding classes, sharing their expertise and helping other instructors shine.

Our Fusion Reformer Studio is an important part of that experience and we're looking for the right person to help take its continued success to the next level.

The opportunity

As our Reformer Pilates Coordinator, you'll combine your passion for teaching with the opportunity to lead, mentor and develop our instructor team. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Teach and inspire: Deliver exceptional Reformer Pilates classes that challenge, encourage and support our members.
- Lead and mentor: Share your knowledge, develop instructors and help maintain outstanding teaching standards.
- Champion professional development: Organise and attend quarterly instructor training sessions, bringing fresh ideas and learning opportunities to the team.
- Shape the studio: Coordinate timetables, support programming and contribute to the continued growth and success of Fusion Reformer.
- Build community: Create memorable member experiences that encourage women to return, progress and thrive.

We're looking for someone who brings more than outstanding technique

Essential qualification: A nationally recognised Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. This is a mandatory requirement. Certificate IV qualifications and short-course Reformer certifications alone do not meet the qualification requirements for this position.





You hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid, CPR, AUSactive Membership.

You hold a Working With Children's Blue Card.

You'll also bring

- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates classes.
- Excellent knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, programming and safe exercise delivery.
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing other instructors.
- Initiative, professionalism and enthusiasm for creating exceptional member experiences.

Previous leadership or studio coordination experience would be highly regarded, but your ability to inspire others and contribute to a positive team culture is equally important.
