Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and stay up-to-date on Caribbean destinations, accommodations, and activities to offer the best recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and packages for clients.
- Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.




- Utilize travel booking software and tools to manage reservations and ensure accuracy.
- Promote special offers and packages to clients to enhance their travel experience.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continually improve knowledge of the travel industry and Caribbean destinations.

Qualifications:
