We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager lead our establishment to a new heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer service, managing staff and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage reservations and online bookings
- Monitor and control stocktake, ordering and supplies

Staff Management:

- Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff
- Rostering staff shifts, ensuring adequate staffing level
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Customer Service:

- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues

Financial Management:

- Monitor financial performance, including Sales, cost and profitability
- Implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability

Health and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Marketing and Promotions:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers




- Coordinate with marketing team to promote current offers and specials

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records, including sales, expenses and staff information
- Prepare reports and present them to upper management
- handle administrative task such payroll and rostering

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in similar role
- Strong understanding of restaurant management including front and back of the house operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and can handle pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed

Working Conditions:

- Busy restaurant environment
- Long hours shifts including nights, weekends and public holiday
- Physically demanding, require standing & walking for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
