Position Overview: ARYANA PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD operates a 7-Eleven convenience store located in

Berowra, NSW, providing customers with a wide range of convenience retail products,

As a Full-Time Retail Manager at ARYANA PROFESSIONALS PTY LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both people and operational performance effectively.

Responsibilities and Tasks

- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards appropriate for a high-

traffic convenience retail and fuel environment.
- Formulate and implement purchasing strategies and set pricing in accordance with

franchise guidelines and market conditions.
- Liaise with the 7-Eleven area manager and franchisor to activate national promotions,

in-store campaigns, and loyalty programme initiatives at store level.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, daily cash reconciliation, and electronic sales

transactions using the store's POS and back-office systems.
- Undertake budgeting responsibilities including wage cost management, shrinkage

control,



fuel margin targets, and gross profit objectives.
- Recruit, induct, roster, and supervise store team members; conduct ongoing

performance reviews and provide coaching to support staff development.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including food

safety (HACCP), fuel safety procedures, and emergency protocols applicable to the convenience store environment.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high

satisfaction levels and uphold 7-Eleven brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve

store profitability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to ensure timely replenishment of

stock and adherence to store presentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Retail Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff scheduling, performance, and recruitment within

a high-volume retail or convenience store environment.
- Sound knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, stock management, cash

handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Solid understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety obligations, and

compliance requirements relevant to the convenience retail sector.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, control operational costs, and drive store

performance in line with franchise requirements.

Salary

The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $79,500 -$85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.

Pay: $79,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
