Quest Watergardens is looking for an experienced, reliable and trustworthy Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys early mornings and wants flexibility with their working hours. Whether you're looking for a short morning shift, hours that work around school drop-offs, or a longer working day, we can accommodate!
This position is offered on an initial 6-month part-time contract, with the possibility of extending further.
Working Hours
Start Time: 4:15am | 5 days per week
Applicants must have availability 7 days per week to be rostered across 5 days.
We offer three flexible working arrangements:
- Option 1 – Early Morning Only: Work from 4:15am to 6:30am, then head home and enjoy the rest of your day!
- Option 2 – Split Shift: Work from 4:15am to 6:30am, head home for approximately 3 hours to get the kids ready for school, do school drop-offs or attend to personal commitments, then return at 9:30am to continue your shift.
- Option 3 – Extended Morning Shift: Start at 4:15am and continue working through until 12:00pm.

What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is essential.
- Reliability and trustworthiness are absolutely essential.
- Ability to consistently start work at 4:15am.
- Availability across all 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and without supervision.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider Housekeeping team.
- Valid Australian working rights are mandatory. Applicants must be Australian citizens, permanent residents or hold a valid visa permitting them to work in Australia for the required hours.
