Harry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct an executive search for an exceptional S26 Electrical Supervisor to support Civil Construction & Mining Projects in the Pilbara.

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading electrical teams across civil construction project, commissioning and completions requirements for Tier 1 mine sites in the Pilbara. This role will be responsible for the on-site management, direction and control of company and subcontract personnel engaged in electrical construction and commissioning activities to project targets.

About the Role:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews with daily construction, commissioning, completions and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate materials, schedules, and resources to keep projects on track and under control.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, including subcontractors and labourers, to achieve project milestones.
- Interface with and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with engineers, client representatives,



contractors and service providers to deliver excellence on every job.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of Supervision experience within a site-based construction environment.
- Site-based maintenance, construction, commissioning and completions electrical experience.
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems, HV/LV installations, and instrumentation.
- Ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments with clear communication and accountability.
- Hold a completed S26 Supervisor Certificate
- Valid WA A Grade Electrical License
- Current and up to date CPR/LVR & First Aid
- White Card & Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Full Australian Working Rights and ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test and national police check.
- RTIO & Roy Hill inducted advantageous
