What You’ll Be Doing

- Working your dedicated Perth territory every single day, building genuine rapport with homeowners

- Identifying real interest in solar and battery solutions and booking quality consultations for our specialist team

- Competing on live leaderboards with a high-energy team that holds each other to a consistently high standard

- Taking complete ownership of your own pipeline, activity levels, and results from the very first week

- Receiving structured daily coaching from leaders who built their careers from the same starting point you’re at now

- Moving up through a clear career structure that rewards output and nothing else
