We have been briefed on an excellent prospect to join this well regarded and growing practice within the technology and regulatory field. The team acts across the A-Pac market for household name (domestic and international) clients.

The partners are open to your areas of interest and expertise; if you have more experience on the Data Protection, Digital Regulatory and Cyber side, that’s fine. If you’re more of a Tech lawyer with a focus on technology contacts, licencing and procurement, that’s also fine. If you prefer a blend, great.

You might be a senior associate (or more senior than that) from another law firm or considering a move from in-house into private practice in order to service an array of clients rather than just one – either instance is welcome.

The team currently has 10 lawyers based in Melbourne and Sydney.



This position will suit someone with the ability to lead; to manage more junior lawyers, work collaboratively with the partners, work directly with clients as the lead lawyer on their matters.

Clients include tech giants of the world, local healthcare providers, academic institutions, tier 1 construction companies, energy retailers, FMCG brands and the like.
