Entity is seeking an innovative and highly proficient Backend Engineer to help pioneer Habitat, an ambitious next-generation enterprise software platform.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving, progressive environments, loves building exceptional technology and has the technical expertise, architectural intuition and foresight to engineer sophisticated, scalable and intelligent systems.

- Python and modern backend frameworks.

Engagement & Remuneration
Initial involvement will focus on architectural advisory, technical audits and light to moderate engineering contributions ahead of Stage 2,
anticipated in the coming months.
We're open to discussing rates and flexible remuneration arrangements, including ESOP (employee share options), equity participation and progressively paid contractual engagements across six development stages, with opportunities for ongoing paid employment as revenue develops.
Our intention is to position early contributors with meaningful equity upside and solid incentives to deliver exceptional, pioneering work.
As an early-stage venture, this opportunity carries inherent risk alongside the potential for substantial financial upside and long-term involvement in a pioneering technology company.
