Acenda Group in Sydney is seeking a Case Consultant to support complex claims and guide customers through some of life's most challenging events. You’ll manage a portfolio of group claims, apply policy wording and risk management to ensure accurate, customer‑focused decisions.

This role blends work from home with in‑person collaboration in a fast paced, compliant environment. Strong communication, resilience and empathy are essential, and experience in group or retail claims is highly valued.
