Newcastle Earthworks Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Excavator/Posi track operator to join our team on a full-time basis in Newcastle NSW. This hands-on role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of excavators and tracked loaders on construction and earthworks projects.

Key responsibilities include pre-operation inspections, protected operation, and effective communication with the team. The ideal candidate has a Cat 1 licence, 3+ years of heavy plant experience, and a strong safety record.
