Vivability Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR and WHS and ensure a compliant, protected, and supportive environment for staff. You will report to the Corporate Services Senior Manager and drive HR initiatives including return-to-work processes and adherence to WHS legislation.

You will lead policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and industrial relations while monitoring HR metrics and budgets to support organisational goals.
