Senior Client Manager | Accounting Services

Seeking a Senior Client Manager with strong leadership and client management experience in accounting services. This permanent full-time position is based in a desirable coastal region of Queensland within a reputable and established accounting practice.

About the Role

- Experience: Background in public practice accounting with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse and complex client portfolio including management of self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs).
- Grow and maintain a substantial client portfolio to ensure consistent revenue and client retention.
- Lead and support a small accounting team, fostering high-quality client service and professional development.
- Establish and nurture advisory relationships to assist clients in achieving their financial objectives.
- Prepare and review financial documentation, tax returns, and provide tailored business advice.
- Assist with client onboarding and contribute to firm development initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain effective service delivery.
- Engage in marketing and strategic planning, meeting business performance targets.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and review support to junior team members.
