We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Policy Advisors interested in upcoming opportunities across various industries in WA.

These opportunities will suit experienced policy professionals who are comfortable working in complex, highly regulated environments and can provide high-quality strategic and evidence-based advice to senior stakeholders.

Typical responsibilities may include:

- Leading the development, review and implementation of policy and strategic initiatives
- Researching and analysing complex policy, regulatory and operational issues
- Preparing high-level briefing notes, reports, submissions, recommendations and correspondence
- Providing clear, evidence-based advice to executives and senior stakeholders
- Interpreting legislation, regulatory requirements, government priorities and policy frameworks
- Undertaking stakeholder consultation across government, industry and community
- Supporting policy reform, regulatory change and strategic projects
- Monitoring emerging issues and assessing their potential policy or organisational impact
- Managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work within tight timeframes

About You We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:

- Previous experience in senior policy, strategic policy, regulatory policy or advisory roles
- Experience within the public sector,



GTEs or similarly complex and regulated organisations
- Solid policy research, analysis and evaluation skills
- Excellent written communication, particularly in preparing senior-level briefs and advice
- Confidence engaging with executives and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to interpret complex legislation, policy and regulatory information
- Strong judgement and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, practical recommendations
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in policy, law, economics, political science, public administration or a related discipline would be highly regarded
