The Salvation Army is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support residents experiencing homelessness at The Open Door and Flagstaff facilities. You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support, develop tailored case plans, and advocate for housing and services to help clients regain stability.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this fixed-term full time role is based in Flagstaff. You will work with housing, health, legal and community partners to deliver sustainable outcomes and empower
