East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural health service across the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires with campuses in Birchip, Charlton, Donald, St Arnaud and Wycheproof.

East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) has an exciting project role to establish and deliver an integrated Primary Health Care Centre supporting St Arnaud and local communities.

This is a high-accountability, hands-on delivery role requiring an experienced project manager who can independently establish, plan, and execute a health infrastructure and service transformation project with minimal guidance. The role requires the capacity to manage day-to-day operational activity, while also supporting formal governance, executive reporting, and strategic decision-making.





You will be an experienced project manager with a sound understanding of the complexities of delivering primary care in rural settings and be able to demonstrate effective team and change management leadership.

The role requires travel to multiple sites so a current Victorian Drivers License is essential A hybrid work model may be considered.
