YOU | You will be an experienced Agribusiness Banker with strong commercial acumen, sound lending expertise and a genuine understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Australian agricultural businesses. Relationship-driven and commercially focused, you will bring the confidence to manage complex customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and build trusted partnerships within the agricultural community. You will also bring the following:

- Demonstrated experience in agribusiness or commercial banking, including lending, credit and portfolio management
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities
- Sound understanding of the agricultural sector in Australia and the financial needs of regional businesses
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, industry stakeholders and referral partners
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Full Australian working rights is essential

THE ROLE | We are recruiting for Senior Relationship Manager opportunities with established banking organisations across two key South Australian markets: Adelaide SA | Manage and grow an agribusiness customer portfolio, strengthening existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.



You will work closely with agricultural customers and industry stakeholders, providing tailored financial solutions while contributing to sustainable portfolio growth.

South East SA | Manage an established portfolio of medium to large agribusiness customers across the region. You will develop long-term relationships with agricultural enterprises, identify opportunities for business growth and deliver tailored financial solutions. Versatile location options include Naracoorte, Mount Gambier and Millicent, with broader locations considered for candidates willing to travel.
