We are currently seeking an experienced Service Asset and Configuration Management Analyst. An attractive work package will be offered to the successful applicant with above-average salary and career advancement opportunities.

About the role

This role will see you come with a background in Asset Management and willingness to learn more, including Configuration Analytics. Further training will be provided for the right person, to learn to support the maintenance of configuration item details and the relationships registered within a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Experience & Capabilities

- Experience with Asset Management and following work instructions
- Have in-depth Microsoft Excel experience for reporting purposes and regular audits
- Have a solid attention to detail and absolute data accuracy
- Can work well under pressure with agility to change daily and to learn to prioritise your workload




- Have experience and a passion for exceptional Customer Service
- Understanding of ITIL methodology
- Have a willingness for self-development and obtaining of industry certifications

Responsibilities will include

- Assist with standard monthly metrics and reports, including Asset and Configuration data quality
- Accurate and timely documentation of work performed. This includes system documentation, Incident/Request/Problem ticket updates, Asset and Configuration records and time reporting
- Prompt and effective Customer Service when dealing with client requests, questions and concerns
- Controlling the receipt, identification, storage and withdrawal of all supported configuration items within the CMDB
- Actively participate in service improvement activities
