About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

This is a varied role where you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team. In addition to managing service bookings and customer communication, you will also assist with warranty claim processing and administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage service bookings and repair appointments
- Prepare repair orders and coordinate workshop activities
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Provide service estimates and explain completed work
- Liaise with technicians, parts and management teams
- Process and submit warranty claims




- Maintain accurate service and warranty records
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

About You

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Warranty or customer service role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled, reliable and customer-focused
- Automotive industry experience will be highly regarded
