Audi Centre Sydney is currently seeking a candidate to join our high performing team at the largest Audi dealership in the southern hemisphere. We currently have a vacancy in our Service Department for a candidate who can undertake a variety of administrative tasks, work in a rapid-paced environment, has the ability to adapt to change and can think of their feet. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Zetland.

As a Service Team Assistant, you will form an integral part of the Service Department and your key responsibilities will consist of the following:

- Meet and greet customers during vehicle drop off and collection
- Manage all incoming service phone calls
- Book vehicles in for servicing




- Assist the service team to create and cost repair orders as required
- Work closely with the concierge team

Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm Monday - Friday

8am-12pm on a rostered Saturday, paid at overtime To be successful you will possess the following skills:

- Strong and confident communication skills
- Customer service orientated
- Organized and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and a desire to gain technical experience
- Proficient computer skills
