One of our leading clients is seeking to engage candidates for multiple roles - ServiceNow CMDB Architect/Consultant/Analyst/Software Asset Management (SAM) /Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Specialist/ITAM / Vulnerability Management for Melbourne location

- Please note candidate must have Australian Permanent Resident or Full Working Rights
- Location -Melbourne
- Contract Duration -6 months + 6 months

1- ServiceNow CMDB Architect Mandatory skills & experience

- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years as a solution or platform architect
- Designing CMDB data models aligned to ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Integration design using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and Service Graph Connectors
- Architecture across ITOM, ITAM and ITSM, and the platform’s governance
- Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders

2-ServiceNow CMDB Consultant Mandatory skills & experience

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB implementation and configuration
- ServiceNow Discovery: setting up MID Servers, credentials, schedules and patterns
- CI classes, relationships and identification rules
- CMDB Data Manager and Health Dashboard, and fixing data-quality issues
- Integrating third-party data sources (SCCM/Intune, cloud, Service Graph Connectors)

3-ServiceNow CMDB Analyst Mandatory skills & experience

- 3+ years administering a ServiceNow CMDB
- Data reconciliation, de-duplication and data-source precedence rules
- Managing the lifecycle of configuration items (CIs)
- Building CMDB reports and dashboards and tracking data-quality metrics
- Working to CMDB governance: data certification, attestation and the RACI for CI ownership

4-Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist Mandatory skills & experience

- 5+ years in Software Asset Management in an enterprise workplace
- Licensing expertise for Microsoft,



Oracle, Adobe, IBM or Citrix, and VMware/Broadcom
- Managing entitlements, calculating effective licence positions and checking compliance
- Supporting vendor audits
- At least one SAM tool (ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera or Snow)

5- Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Specialist Mandatory skills & experience

- 4+ years in Hardware Asset Management
- Hardware inventory management and asset discovery
- Tracking the lifecycle from procurement through deployment, refresh and secure disposal
- Reconciling discovery data against the asset register
- Asset governance policies and audit readiness

6-ITAM / Vulnerability Management SME Mandatory skills & experience

- 5+ years across IT Asset Management tooling and endpoint management
- Vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Tenable or Rapid7) and tracking remediation
- Software packaging and deployment
- Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and Autopilot
- Patch management and compliance baselines

7- Flexera SME – SaaS Integrations Mandatory skills & experience

- 4+ years on the Flexera platform (Flexera One, FlexNet Manager Suite)
- Configuring Flexera’s SaaS Management connectors
- Application discovery and normalisation of software data
- Licence optimisation and recovering unused SaaS licences
- Integrating Flexera with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems

8-SoftwareOne Specialist Mandatory skills & experience

- 4+ years with SoftwareOne’s software asset management and licensing services
- Experience with SoftwareOne’s managed SAM service, its SAM tooling or its PyraCloud platform
- Licensing and optimisation for major vendors, especially Microsoft Enterprise Agreements and CSP
- Supporting licence renewals and negotiations
- Reporting compliance and optimisation results
