Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Snowflake environments and platform services.
- Configure virtual warehouses, databases, schemas, users, and service accounts.
- Implement and maintain RBAC and security controls.
- Support environment provisioning and deployment activities.
- Monitor platform health, utilisation, performance, and costs.
- Support CI/CD deployments and environment promotion processes.
- Provide operational support, incident management, and platform troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and auditing capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on Snowflake administration experience.
- Experience managing users, roles, warehouse configurations, and security controls.
- Knowledge of Snowflake monitoring, resource management, and operational support.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- AWS cloud experience.
- Understanding of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Robust troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments.
