We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our convenience store. The successful candidate will lead the team, maintain high store standards, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the convenience store.

- Supervise, train, and motivate staff.

- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.

- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and inventory control.

- Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily reporting.

- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising standards.

- Maintaining the current Hot Food range and improving the range.

- Manage staff rosters and ensure adequate shift coverage.

- Monitor sales performance, minimise stock loss, and control operating costs.





- Ensure store procedures and company policies are followed.

- Visa Sponsorship available for the right candidate too.

About You

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.

- A reliable, honest, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

- Relevant convenience store or fuel retail experience will be highly regarded.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
