/n Specialising in high-quality, made-to-measure garments for men and women, this boutique business prides itself on craftsmanship, personalised service and building long-term client relationships./n

/nThis is an opportunity for someone who combines a passion for style with a strong commercial mindset. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, enjoy networking and generating new business, and take pride in building their own portfolio of loyal clients./n

/nYou don’t need to be an expert in tailoring from day one. If you have some fitting experience, a strong sales drive and a genuine desire to learn the craft, this could be the perfect chance to develop your career in luxury fashion./n

About the Role/n

/n Working within a small, close-knit team, you will manage the customer journey from the initial consultation through to the final fitting, while taking ownership of growing your own client base./n

/n

/nYour responsibilities will include:/n

/n /n

- Delivering a premium, personalised experience and providing tailored style advice.

/n

- Taking measurements and conducting garment fittings, with technical training provided.

/n

- Nurturing existing clients to encourage repeat business, referrals and long-term loyalty.

/n

- Proactively generating new business through networking, referrals, corporate connections and events.

/n





- Building your own client portfolio and taking ownership of sales opportunities.

/n

- Using the CRM system to manage client relationships and track sales opportunities.

/n Salary & Benefits/n

- Full-time permanent position paying $70,000–$80,000 + super.

/n

- /n What We’re Looking For/n

/n /n

- A proactive, commercially minded salesperson with a strong hunter mentality.

/n

- Confidence networking, building relationships and asking for referrals.

/n

- Excellent presentation and a genuine passion for fashion and style.

/n

- Basic garment fitting skills, such as pinning and measuring. Made-to-measure experience is a bonus.

/n

- A willingness to learn the craft of tailoring and develop technical skills.

/n

- Confidence using CRM systems and managing client relationships.
