ATOM is seeking a detail-focused Supplier Commercial Coordinator to maintain supplier rebates and commercial terms, manage supplier price adjustments, and negotiate practical commercial improvements with key suppliers across the Group.

Reporting to the Head of Category within our Supply Chain team, you’ll own the day-to-day accuracy of rebate claims, trading terms and price changes, and help make these processes more efficient. You’ll work closely with key suppliers, Finance, category and procurement teams, and our group businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain accurate records of supplier rebates, discounts, payment terms and other trading terms
- Validate purchasing data, calculate rebates, and prepare well-supported claims
- Track claims, credits and receipts with Finance, and follow up discrepancies and overdue items
- Manage supplier price adjustments, assessing margin impact and coordinating approved changes
- Negotiate price adjustments, rebates and commercial improvements directly with designated key suppliers,



within an agreed mandate
- Work with Finance and systems teams to reduce manual effort and automate rebate processes

About You

You’ll bring 2 to 4 years’ experience (or equivalent capability) in procurement, supplier administration, rebates, pricing, commercial support or finance operations, along with:

- Solid Excel and data skills, with the ability to reconcile purchasing data and check calculations
- A solid understanding of trading terms, rebates, purchase prices and margin impacts
- Practical experience in supplier discussions or negotiations
- Clear communication, strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- An interest in improving processes; ERP, reporting or automation experience is desirable
