My client is a leading technology consultancy known for delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions across complex environments. As they continue to grow their Managed Services practice, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to support and optimise business-critical Customer Service, Contact Center and Power Platform environments.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Center
- Robust capability across Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps, integrations
- L2/L3 support experience with strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
- Understanding of case management, unified routing and D365 configuration
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with ISM, Essential 8, NIST standards (desirable)
- Australian Citizenship required; security clearance highly regarded
