I'm partnering with a well-established Sydney accounting firm with a 60+ year history and a loyal client base of medical and dental professionals. They're looking for a Tax Manager to lead quality work, develop a team, and grow into a senior tax leadership role.

What you'll do

- Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for individuals, groups, trusts and SMSFs
- Manage workflow and lodgement deadlines across a portfolio
- Research and advise on complex tax matters
- Support the Directors on client advisory work
- Coach and develop the accountants in your team
- Help drive the firm's move to AI and automation

What you'll bring
- CA or CPA qualified (essential)
- Extensive public practice experience in business services and tax, ideally 8+ years
- Experience reviewing work and leading a team
- Medical, dental or healthcare clients are a big plus
