Team Leader Youth Services

- Maximum Term Contract - Part Time - 30.4 hpw until 13 July 2028 (4 days per week or spread over 5 days)
- Salary: $105,435 pa (pro rata) + super
- Location: Ringwood - some local travel required

Ready to lead, innovate and make a lasting difference for young people? Maroondah City Council is seeking an inspiring and motivated leader to join our Youth and Children Services team as Team Leader Youth Services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about positive outcomes for young people and thrives on turning ideas into action. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, enthusiastic and creative leader who will bring fresh thinking, new ideas and energy to Youth Services in Maroondah.

Leading a dedicated team of Youth Development Workers, you will play a key role in shaping programs, services, projects and events that support the health and wellbeing of young people aged 10-25 years. You will foster a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement, empowering staff to explore new opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes for the community.

- Reinvigorating Council’s Youth Civic Participation program




- Leading the development and delivery of events for young people in Maroondah
