Turn complex lighting technology into compelling stories.

WE-EF is looking for a technically minded marketer who can bring our lighting products to life through clear product messaging, engaging marketing content and effective digital communications.

Working across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll help communicate the performance, applications and benefits of WE-EF products to lighting designers, engineers, architects, Sales Partners and local government agencies.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how lighting products work, explaining why they matter, and coordinating the content that helps customers and sales teams make informed decisions, educating at each touchpoint.

What you'll do

- Exercise and apply your own creative approach to marketing content creation
- Coordinate product launches and turn technical specifications into clear, benefit-led product messaging.
- Create digital brochures, CPD and product solution focussed presentations & technical marketing materials for our Sales Partner Network.
- Update the Australian website and coordinate digital design assets and social media content.
- Provide back up support of other Marketing team members
- Co-ordinate LightBox vists with our interstate sales partners and be a key front of house contact, assisting in the overall event whilst looking after the clients with a high end level or customer service.
- Liaise with external 3rd party photographers and content creators to ensure on-brand content is created for marketing purposes.




- Work with WE-EF’s global marketing team to adapt campaigns and creative assets for Australia and New Zealand.
- Support the WE-EF sales team and Sales Partners with product presentations, application guides and customer-facing resources.
- Track relevant product and market developments to help communicate WE-EF’s technical strengths and differentiation.

What you’ll bring

If you enjoy a broad Marketing, Communciation & Event Managemnt role, this is for you.
- You will have experience in technical marketing, product marketing, product communications or a similar role in the lighting industry.
- You can demonstrate an understanding of technical information and experience in turning it into explicit, engaging customer benefits.
- You'll have strong writing, presentation, organisation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- You are proactive, detail-focused and enjoy managing deadlines across multiple projects.
- Confidence working with digital content, presentations and marketing collateral; design software or CMS experience is an advantage.
- Lighting experience is highly regarded, but candidates from electrical, engineering, architectural products or other technical industries are encouraged to apply.
