Pearl Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment agency established since 2010 with offices in WA and QLD. We have an internal team of 33 including 24 x Recruitment Consultants / Account Managers who work with a number of WA's top Construction, Industrial, Warehousing and Maintenance Contractors across Mining, Buildings and Manufacturing.

By way of continued growth, we are seeking to add a recent University graduate or Trainee with previous retail / sales skills to our team as a Recruitment Consultant. Whilst sales isn't an immediate requirement, we are seeking potential Recruiters that have an interest in Business Development and building their own client base in the future.

Duties

- Advertising predominantly Trades & Labor vacancies, screening resumes, interviewing and forwarding recommended candidates to clients (with spiels on why they are recommended)
- Bulk calling of candidates on the database to check availability and suitable for current and upcoming vacancies
- Coordinating blue and white collar candidates through on boarding process, including arranging medicals and assisting with inductions
- Attending client visits and actively marketing Pearl through various channels

Criteria

- Either a university degree (or working towards), or at least 3 years + in a Sales / Retail or similar customer focused position.
- Any degree qualification will be considered for university graduate candidates.




- Retail or Sales of any kind will satisfy the sales/retail requirement for non-graduate candidates.
- Career focused, ambitious and stable work history
- Professional presentation, excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
- Robust memory and attention to detail
- High level MS Word / General PC skills
